If you can handle the sugar content, a dash of kalhua makes it even better. Sadly I cant handle the sugar

If you want to hedge your bets, Onken do a low fat and relatively low sugar yoghurt which doesn't taste too bad
hmmmm, you don't look so tuff in real life
My favourite yoghurt, wasn't aware they did a low-fat version
'fat-free' Onken -- 4.3g carbs per 100g; 0.1g fat per 100g. If you have a non-diabetic spouse who insists on low-fat it is a potential compromise.
