Is low fat natural yoghurt OK to have with some blue berries and raspberries and strawberry for breakfast

Why low fat.

You want full fat. Watch the blueberries they are a bit high (for me at least).

Otherwise great.

I eat a lot of the full fat Greek yoghurt that is available and add strawberries or raspberries or mixed berries, often frozen but also fresh. I enjoy that combination so find it easy to eat.

Low fat 'foods' often replace the fats with sugars, otherwise they are full of artificial sweeteners.

In the Netherlands we eat a lot of low fat unsweetened natural yoghurt. Has about the same carbs as high fat yoghurts, it just won't fill you up as much. I like the fatter yoghurts better but nothing wrong with the lower fat ones. Just check the back of the pack for the amount of carbs.
