It's amazing what you can learn reading out of date mags in the doctors waiting room. I always thought that medicines right across the UK were governed by NICE in fact I have linked to NICE on here on several occasions. Now I find that Scotland has the Scottish Medicines Consortium which has apparently licenced things on the NHS that England don't get. Here is a link.
