Mine simply says zand . It also says I stood in the middle of a busy road in Belgium just to take a boring photo of a road sign. No hope for some people is there?

Mine is me in my jeans from before my nearly 12st weight loss. I still have them and take them out to remind me every now and then
 
Mine was taken on holiday in the Lake District - after a long hard climb you are rewarded with a wonderful view. Can be used as a metaphor for the daily dealings of diabetes ;-)
