Your top 10 vegetables

I like rutabaga (swede) I know at 6 gms of carbs per 100 grms not exactly low but I cook them as fries or cubes in an airfryer or oven.

And Celeriac is about the same. can be mashed or cooked as fries
 
Peas
Mushrooms
Very little else (cauliflower, brocolli, carrots - once a week)
Sprouts (once a year)
