Yummy Pudding

Hi

I just discovered this really lovely pudding - a friend made it knowing I was diabetic.

Lemon and Lime mousse

You will need
1 lemon
1 lime
1 packet of lemon or lime sugar free jelly
1 carton of greek yogurt


make up the jelly and leave to cool (not set)
grate the zest of the lemon and lime into the jelly and add a bit of juice of each (to your taste)
stir in the yogurt
leave in the fridge to set

It is soo creamy and light and is a real sweet-fix
