Non-insulin injectable medication (incretin mimetics)
Avocado oil, cheap easy, quick massage twice a day. Almond oil is good too and easily available.

Hi Jo, have you tried Zerobase? It works well for me.

L'Occitane shea butter foot cream. It's a bit on the pricy side, but a little goes a long way. It's very rich yet absorbs beautifully.

I use Flexitol Heel Balm, it's great for dry cracked feet and came recommended to me by my Podiatrist, it says on the packaging that it's safe to use by people with diabetes.
Lanolin. Also Castor oil is great for dry cracked skin on feet or hands. A little goes a long way with either product. Get both from NOW

Grumpy bosses!
Flexitol - as used by my sister who is a podiatrist. Does the job with my cracked heels when I get them occasionally.
