- Not keeping motivated, eating when not hungry too much of the time. Need to up my distractions
Yes @TooManyCrisps I had a carvery meal but did have a yorkshire too (not very good) and that didn't seem to spike me too much. Had more broccoli/cauli than carrots and peas and a little gravy. It helps that you serve yourself and that they don't give you excessive meat - a plus on LCHF/BSD.
@Chook glad I'm not the only one with the fat bomb problem lol and glad you're feeling a bit better, I'm very sneezy at the moment but don't have the flu jab. Not great with drugs or have no trust in them, something like that anyway.
@marathonmona was just a thought but as someone who can't just do 1 fat bomb at a time then I can't really talk. Although there are some frozen fat bombs I've seen that may be easier to eat just one of as they are hidden in the freezer the rest of the time?
My blood sugars seem to have a dropping trend in the last week with my pre-meal reading being around 5-6 but afterwards can be quite dramatic spikes so I need to work out why. Am guessing too much protein maybe even though I'm trying to cut back on it
