Wow, I'm impressed with your cooking!
Why not have a whole steak, plenty of vegs, no chips and no bread on your mushrooms?
You have surely been told to avoid potatoes (full of starch) haven't you? you seem to eat a lot of potatoes, and are the onion rings in batter by any chance?
I had a huge plate of chicken stew (called something or other fancy in Italian) but its basically chicken and bacon in vegs which were peppers, courgettes, onions (no spuds but there were a few bits of carrots which contain carbs) and some mushrooms and garlic and herbs - thickened with a dash of double cream. Then I had some strawberries (more carbs) and more cream. Now I'm full and won't need to eat again till breakfast.
I might snack on a few nuts as I see we have some packets of brazils in the cupboard.
We also have some natural unsweetened full fat yoghurt in the fridge, but I'm not too keen on that, and there's always cheese if I do get hungry. There are no biscuits in the house and no crispy snacks - there are a few apples but they're carbs, oh and there's some 72% 'Signature' chocolate but its not very nice. I would really like a beer but there isn't any.
