Thanks for you reply.. how many hours after did you check? I’m unsure about it but thought if I start of small. I have read that there hasn’t been any study’s done with type 1. Might be worth logging my levels down and start with just a gram.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on take creatine? I’m type one and been going to the gym for a couple of month. I want to start taking it but read a few things good and bad.. I was thinking about taking half doses to start 2.5 gram instead of 5.. if anyone has used it who has type one...

Hello every one just a quick one, I had my bloods done on Friday and just rang and got my results today. When I was first diagnosed 6month ago I was 103.7, then 3month later around 58 I think, then today 47. Is this a good level to be at or should it be lower? Thanks jamie

They were when I first changed from novomix to my new new ones still experimenting, I don't need to inject during the day tho as I eat what I need to for the activities I'm doing

It's a lot to get your head around I think, I have had to leave my job because of hypos I have had a few time when my suger levels have been 1.1, 1.2 just couldn't move till a had some suger

I have 18 units of Lantus and and 8 units of rapid that keeps my levels ok, still have some highs and lows but getting there .from my diagnoses level of 103 to 53 in 3 months how come it's come down quick when miahara took 7 month?

So is 53 not a good number? I thought it was?

What diets are you's on? I just cut suger out pretty much all together. I keep my suger levels lowish so I can still have little snacks. I also make home made oat buscuits with some cherrys as a treat
