    Are most diabetics on statins. My doctor wants me to start but not sure. My father was on them years ago for high cholesterol and had to come off as affected his liver and friend had to come off them as had terrible pain.

    Yes washed my glands checked meter etc so don't know if ignores are right now it's the second meter as well I have getting

    I have just done my numbers and the meter showed 7.5 and then straight away 5 and then again 8 why is meter doing this it was all in a couple of minutes. Would it just be better to cut carbs out all together.

    Are the protein rolls ok and today I had one boiled egg 4 teaspoons cottage cheese lunch and tuna salad tonight but I can't just live on salad as don't eat meat except bacon now and then
