    Hello - new to the forum but been watching for a while.

    hi guys - just saying hello. i'm bill; type 1 on insulin and love nature, hiking, rambling and cycling. keep my bs down with insulin and diet. been reading this forum for a while and thought id take the plunge and join nice to meet you all :angel:
