So just got home from work and day two med free apart from my vit d, to find my appointment for the end of June to attend the DESMOND course. Not sure whether to go. Hubby reckons I should go and have in his words some fun advocating my diet, and discussing the nnhs guidelines.

Some serious thinking to do,
