Advice on breakfast cereals please

Bought some eggs and bacon last night. Was going to do them for my breakfast this morning. Other half cooked them for last nights tea instead. Have tried 1 Dreaded wheat and some raspberrys will do BS test around 9 see what the scores on the doors are.

I didn't do an evening reading as I was to tired. Ate late and fell asleep around 9. I have just done my BS for this morning and its 7.1. Quite pleased with that. I can now use up my Dreaded wheat. Although its going to take me the rest of the month to do so. LOL. I'm so glad I found this forum and the lovely people in it.
