Hello, i would like to bake my own bread too, but my bs get raised with wheat flour. Would you please advise me on how much soya flour or an alternative flour to use.
I am a T2(for 3years now). Tablet controlled(lots). Just started low carbing (some days no carbs). Bs were 10-14 now 6-9 and now loosing weight too.
Would love to bake a lc fruit (xmas) cake.
