It would be interesting to see what others would see as a "cure". I will never be carbified again, for several reasons. The main being I now find for example 85% dark chocolate sweet. As I have educated myself on additives, carb amounts, low fat etc I can't face what I see as fake food, so mentally I am self policed.
Honestly I crave more meat (pork ribs sith my home madw rub, ribeye and sirloin steak) and fish, I count myself lucky that my thoughts work this way, and appreciate lots miss white bread, potatoes etc. Every day for a few years now I am for me living in my virtual "cure" - Keto / IF / Exercise.
