I know its protein right, but eggs in general make me feel sick if I have more that 2. If I have the two in the morning I will feel rough for the rest of the day. If I have them at lunch I am fine, think my body cannot digest them properlyI used to stir a couple into half a pint of milk and it was gone before you had chance to notice the texture.
Sorry to hear that. This comes from my younger days playing rugby semi pro, 3 hours gym and an hour or so cardio most days. I just had to get lots of protein quickly (and we didn't have Huel back then, or the internet or mobile phones!). It was easier than stopping to eat something.I know its protein right, but eggs in general make me feel sick if I have more that 2.
