Hi all,
Sorry not been here for ages , last week had my bloods done and am well chuffed HbA1c is 38 and cholesterol 4.5 , which part is good cholesterol and which is bad please i cant remember

If you believe in it

Some people would say triglyceride are more important, the lower the better but below 1.0 is ok

Ldl was 2.4 HDL 1.9, is that any good?

Thanks both and apart from when i had an op 10th July can't remember the last time i tested then it was 4.5, i just eat a sliming world diet but i don't have rice, pasta, potaoes, banana or grapes

You may be able to calculate your own trigs.
Total cholesterol is HDL+ LDL+ 46% of the trigs

So, add up the LDL and HDL. Take this sum away from the total. The remainder is 46% of your trigs.

input all and your trigs come out as 0.43

and when inputted all looked Mighty Fine.
