Health Insurance living abroad - help please?

I am a British citizen but have been working in Russia for a number of years, which makes me unable to receive NHS treatment. I'd really like to talk to anyone else who also lives abroad and in particular to find out which health insurance company to turn to for insulin etc. Thanks!

Most health insurance companies will not pay on a pre existing condition, if you are now going to be living in UK permanently you will be eligble for NHS after 6 months
