Hi, I am new to this forum and newly diagnosed diabetic, I am on a cocktail of pills every day and finding the diet ok so far, it's just hard to find foods I can eat without too much sugars or fats. So I did the best thing and got a very good cookbook and I am trying out new recipes for cakes and breads. I am looking forward to reading everyone's encounters with their Diabetes.
