Hello. My problem is this! I am unable to control my sugar levels, to make them consistent. They range from just right to the ridiculously high. This happens every day. Has anybody got any ideas? Mike McGovern (by the way just calll me Mike)

I was getting odd readings and one of the reasons why it was happening to me was one of the very basics. You must ensure your test site has been cleaned and before you dry it make sure it has been well rinsed. Who knows what's in soap these days - sugars, glucose and fructose.

hi mike

I notice from another thread you are on insulin. I'm diet only but I think many of the insulin users also control their intake of carbs. Are you doing this?
