Hello my name is Mayo I am female, 64 years of age and have Type 2 Diabetes and I am from the U.K

At the moment I am having problems with my BG readings which are in double digits, seeing the doc later today. This morning before anything to eat or drink they were 14.9 then an hour and half later after breakfast were 19.9, just need to get these levels down
