bad manners and inconsideration for others. Relatives who phone all the time and rattle on about nothing! Manipulating types, liars, control freaks, etc etc!
I hate how my feet pain all the time. Arthritis, Diabetes and probably after effects from Chemotherapy.
Hi I take duloxatine and Lyrca together for neuropathy they have found that taken together they work well and they do.
I have been determined to get to the bottom of this problem and find something which helps. A naturopathic chemist researching the problem recommended ALA and Chromium, which I have taken for some years, and if I run out boy do I know it!! I have arthritic problems in hands and feet as well, also have had Chemo in the past, so it is a multiple problem with uncertain specific causes. I am on Metformin ( vit B 12 is necessary with Metformin, Methylcobalamin not Cyanocobalamin) which I will not give up, Meloxicam (for inflammation), turmeric tablets, Magten magnesium, a multivitamin supplement every few days, also Effexor antidepressant which counteracts Chemo chemical muck-ups. Anti-inflammatory gell is great for the feet, and the latest on is Percutane cream which is helping. This is pretty hot so use sparingly! I rarely am troubled at night now. For hands I use my TENS machine in the mornings to unstiffen them...instant relief, and wont go anywhere without it. In cold weather I use a foot vibrating thingo with hot water and soda. Morning pain is worse, so I often take slow relief Panadol Osteo. I have had to learn to keep off my feet when possible, and not feel guilty about neglecting housework! I am 76.
I hope this helps somebody. There is definitely no one only answer yet, but a multi tactic approach is needed.
