I’ve been T2 for some years but due to health work and often enough the ****** syndrome my HBA1c has fluctuated from 50 to currently 79.
I take three Metformin 500 walk a regular min 10,000 steps and exercise.
However when I get up lately my bloods are 13 I have two poached eggs and coffee and there 18.
I know myself when I’m back to work and in a routine they’ll go down to about 6.
However these lockdown at home and the continuing isolation in hotels for 14 days and more really are putting spanner’s in the works.
From my reading it seems unless I literally starve my sugars just was rise.
I’ll get back to you in four weeks by that time I hope to be on my vessel and in a good routine.
