So I did 25 minutes on bike in the end and changed bed and duvet so that can be my five minutes along with a bit of walking in town earlier.

Walked around the shops in Ayr today. Was there for ages. Ironically I didn't get a jacket because the ones I wanted were to big.

Walked round blackpool 5 hrs solid today and no fish and chips gold star for me

tidying the house today - a huge clearout. Done the lounge today, rest of the house over the next week.

Walked round local country park. Feeling virtuous!

Mowed lawn, sorted out man-drawer in bedside cabinet, watched Mrs Sanguine strip and sugar-soap walls, about to make dinner. Did some work work as well, but not involving much aerobic activity.

Supervising a spouse doing DIY takes up a lot of mental energy. That must surely count?

12 minutes peddling , 3 minutes sit ups ( ouch) and about ten minutes or so walking so not quite my 30 minutes as out at parents and a gig. I declined the walk across the wibbly bridge to the Sage as I don't do walking over water... Ever.

The weather has been horrible here today so it is a perfect day for my rest day . Boy have I rested. My family keep asking if im ok because ive shut myself in my bedroom and done nothing but watch tv. Just been washed .....didn't want to go to sleep smelly lol
