My goodness, you have a complicated routine - your numbers are not bad considering what you manage to do all week...Oh dear, sorry I let the side down by not posting
Mon - 8.2
Tues - 7.2
Wed - 7.6
Thurs - 6.7
Fri - 7.2
Then it goes a bit haywire as I work nights at the weekend and I don't know morning time from my elbow! So no reading on Sat morning and Sunday was 7.1 (although I ate through the night, grazing on nuts, cheese, salad, strawberries and cream).
Monday morning looms and back to the routine of normal mealtimes and testing.
Not so good... but morning was better...Last night 21.8
Naughty... beer is liquid bread... try a glass of red wine, white wine (with soda is good) or vodka/gin with a slimline tonic in a long glass with lots of ice and a slice of lime/lemon..I had some beers watching sports
Yes, but only a handful - have some cheese as well - no crackers though.. Frozen grapes are wonderful - not savoury of course, but they satisfy a craving, and you don't eat as many as you would if they were in the bowl in front of you...I like peanuts sable thanks
...but not honey-roasted and not too many... I sound like a wet-blanket...Or all sorts of nut......Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews, or just mixed nuts.
Losing the weight will help tremendously in reducing your numbers. I was 232lbs 10 months ago started the LCHF diet and I am now 194lbs it has made such an incredible difference to my numbers. I probably walk about 30 mins every day very briskly but not always.
Neil
Yep, by us oldies..Great result Merrylizzard1314 you must be as "pleased as Punch". [ Is that still said in English? ]
Is that American, or Australian? But of course,@Pasha, and also "as happy as a drover's dog with two tails."
Much more the thing.. you must be happy today..Good morning one and all.
4.3 fasting, bedtime reading 5.1
Very well thanks. Almost didn't make it to the start on time. Yes changed clock etc but was still sitting here at 8.15 when the race start was 9.30! Not sure what was going on there? Mental block or something. Anyhow made it just in time for the off and I mean just! How did you get on with the half?
Think I ate every single peanut in the house last night. Going to have to dodge the saga louts in the shops later.Or peanuts......
We're you having a 'nutty' nightmare?6.3 again today... 5.5 the night before.... I have no idea what's causing it... I am going to fast for three days starting tomorrow and see what occurs... I woke sweating in the night, which is unlike me - does anyone know what it might be? ... menopause well past...
