She only went below 4 on day three, eventually reaching a low of 3.1, but then going back up to 4.0 spontaneously. </p><p></p><p>I went below 4 within the first 24 hours, reached 1.8 on finger prick tests at around 50 hours and didn't come back up spontaneously.
