Hey @charliebarker so sorry to hear you have to deal with this - prayers for a speedy recovery and "all clear" from the specialist. Are you able to eat anything like creamy scrambled eggs that would a bit "runny" with cream and cheese mixed in? Would be a good meal perhaps - would be about the same consistency of Greek yogurt...maybe add a bit of nut butter, like almond butter to the yogurt to add some more protein might work...If you make a protein shake of about three cups you could always save half for your next time to eat and get the full amount of protein in over two "meals"....you probably can't eat meat yet? But salmon or some other fish to your liking would work nicely with mashed celriac or cauliflower...they would be your "softest" meats....Blessings/L Keep us posted on how you are doing!

Thanks....am on solid foods now, although very small portions, still have trouble getting enough protein in, and Greek yogurt is my stand-by, as well as some of the Atkins products that I’d been using on the LCHF. Now 8 weeks post-operation and slowly getting back to normal. I’d not been able to stick to my low carbing, due to eating difficulties and lack of appetite - so was delighted when my latest HBA1C had gone down to 37 !!!

One of the Aldi low fat Greek yogurt is very low carb and high protein. Check carefully as they sell two types and the other has added carbs.
