You need a way to disable it as well, the same way alexa, siri, bixby have.

I was going to post something similar to @bulkbiker and @Riva_Roxaban - I definitely don't want to have every breath I take, every move I make (or fail to make) recorded for posterity....

I can see it would be useful for blind/partially sighted people. Also perhaps those with memory problems.
I wouldn't want it, for the reasons the others have said above.
