I reversed my Type 2
Treatment type
Tablets (oral)
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream washed down with a white coffee.
Lunch: 2 x scrambled eggs on one slice of HiLo bread with butter and Marmite on it. Followed by Greek yoghurt and blueberries.
Mid afternoon: chocolate chia pudding and black coffee.
Dinner: cheese and mushroom omelette with raw cauliflower and brocolli followed by strawberries and cream and 1 x square of Tesco 85% chocolate.

B. Tassimo Americano grande with a dash of cream
L. Tesco finest GF Cumberland chipolatos. Good find this - only 1g carbs per sausage. 2 rashers back bacon and a fried egg.
D. 6 chicken wings with lettuce, 1/2 avocado, 4 Santini tomatoes and Helmanns. Scoop of Perfect World touch of carrot ice cream.
Lot of running about and ended up with boys here for dinner. Road works are a menace.

B. Coffee with cream
L. Cream cheese, olives and a little pepperoni
D. Sirloin fried in butter with a little asparagus

The Twiningg nutty chocolate teas are growing on me....lovely with a dash of cream!

Thanks for the tip re the sausages....I miss them! Will try these out

Gym for 90 min, cycling and abs
Snack:an apple
L: soya noodles stir fried with pack Choi, tuna,mushrooms and baby tomatoes

Can you share how to prepare your coconut porridge please - sounds delicious

Halloumi, mushrooms, spinach and poached egg

L: crayfish tails and avocado with a big blob of mayo. Sugar free jelly

D: smoked haddock, mashed celeriac ( never had this before- loved it) spinach and poached egg

Few cups of tea and a coffee with milk

Will have some posh coc buttons in a bit
That’s one of my favourite dinners

Evening all
First thing coffee and cream
Brunch omlette with fried tomato, smoked salmon and cheese followed by coffee with cream and 2 100% buttons
Dinner chilli con carne using black olives to replace carby kidney beans served with slice of low carb garlic bread followed by coffee and 3 x 100% choc buttons
Planning small relaxing glass of red wine this evening it’s friday!
