I don't visit very often but when I do I always find some interesting threads, and this is a great one!
Yesterday I had:
Two cups of tea
Breakfast: Yoghurt with a few blueberries, chopped nuts and a bit of cream and cinnamon, 2 slices of Burgen (one with butter, one with peanut butter).
Snack: Slice of brie
Lunch: A Sweet potato with tin of mackerel, salad, toms, avocado and lemon mayo
Tea: Baked salmon with herb crust and salsa, olives, capers with root mash and more salad and avocado, mayo etc
Supper: A few Blackberries with chopped nuts and cinnamon cream
Today I am having/have had so far:
Cup of tea
Small bowl of shredded wheat minis, yoghurt, blueberries, cream and chopped nuts plus cinnamon. One slice of burgen with butter and peanut butter
Cheese and Tomatoes on one slice of burgen
Weight watchers chicken and spinach lasagna with two slices of seeded garlic ciabatta, roasted carrots and courgette
Berries and cream
