Forgot to say yesterday, someone at work asked me if I had been eating pickled onion Monster Munch.
My reaction was .........
Flamin keto breath :***: Got a spray from Boots now.
Nah, I just blamed someone else lolOh, that's awful!
I hope you lied, and said 'yes, I love those Monster Munches!'
B: Poached egg, ham, tomatoes, mushrooms and BUTTER
L: Mixed leaf salad, avocado, cucumber, celery, tomato, white cabbage, smoked mackerel, dressing of olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and horseradish
D: skin-on chicken, leek & mushroom casserole with steamed courgette, cabbage and cauli, cream added to the sauce after Mrs D had hers (she doesn't like cream!)
Cheers. My next concern (always have to have a worry) is that I'm simply eating too much even if it's the right stuff. What a lovely day's food.
B: yoghurt, berries, oats and double double cream
L: tomato and basil soup in M&S and coffee with cream
D: probably burgers without buns with some cheese and Mediterranean veg
Snacks: slices of ham
Bit puzzled as my bg has been a bit weird the last few days. Today I woke with 9.1, two hours after brekkie it was 6.7, and I've just taken it now before my evening meal, and it's 9.1 again!
Anyone got any ideas?
Starting a virus?
Stress?
Hope it isn't a virus. Bum timing!
Got the cold and had an 11.2 mmol/l on waking. Ate low carb and can only put it down to the virus. Been eating but can't taste much so Pavlosdog maybe coming down with something too ?
