In the 8's last 2 days 8.3 yesterday and a straight 8 this morning , I have a bit of a sniffle and an eye infection not sure if that is contributing to my numbers or if I am making excuses

I’m home finally. It was a long day yesterday…a nine hour trip home, two of those hours on the ferry. At least the weather was spectacular and there was no snow or ice.
having a few intestinal pains so I’m fasting today just in case the diverticulitis is back…grrr. Travel is always ani issue.
glucose was 6.8 this morning. It’s been high for a few days and that makes me think I’m not as healthy as usual. I’m sure tomorrow will be so much better, good sleep and quiet time.
