just a thought, are you taking your fixed doses of mealtime insulin with now lower carb foods?

My levels are back up. Had jelly beans. Yeah I'm on a fixed dose of bolus which I don't think suits me

Yesterday, you ate very low carb all day, is that your usual way of eating?
You had a recent hospital stay too, where you likely ate high carb fare, needing completely different doses than a day like yesterday.

It's not embarrassing to struggle with diabetes!

Like I said yesterday, feelings of dread and the likes are a common symptom of a hypo, and this can well include feeling embarrassed!

The “something in your arm” likely had glucose in it. It usually does.

don’t be embarrassed. Just stay chatting here til the ambulance arrives

It’s scary. It’s ok to cry. And it doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. It means the right solutions for you are yet to be found.

Do you know how long the ambulance is expected to be?

Are you still able to monitor and take glucose?

I didn't mean yesterday but I seem to remember you've had a very recent hospital stay as well.
Were you taking your insulin yourself or did you get it through IV?

Yeah I'm ok. I just find this really frustrating. I;ve had 10 jelly beans and BGL is, at the moment, 3.8. I just feel like a failure
