I'm new to all this so bear with me please.
I have to lose some weight...ok, lots of weight.
Low carbs makes logical sense. So I thought some sugar free mints would be a useful diet weapon.
But no, they have carbohydrates. Some of the low calorie sweeteners contain carbs too.
So where else will surprise me?
Is there are friendly alternative to a sugar free sweet?
Any help welcome.
