Yesterday I just walked around my living room . Had a sore stomach so didn't go on numb bum . Watched tv and walked about trying to keep my chaotic house in some sort of order .... Failed haha

Tuesday was trip to dump with recycling stuff not fit for charity shops. Then an hour aquafit.
Today has been a short walk, a visit to cinema, another short walk around supermarket, and will finish the day with at least an hour sorting through another loft box. No treasures found yet, just stuff.

Out for a walk in the drizzley rain this morning. A necessity as I was going for an eye test, and no car parking nearby. Eyes all fine. No change to spec lens prescription, and retina screen, macular screen, glaucoma screen, all fine too. Another short walk and visit to daughter. Upstairs flat, no lift. Rain not a bother as I had new waterproof winter coat. Then home, sun came out, so cleaned the inside of car, including the very streaky windows. Why do car manufacturers make the angles of windscreens so difficult to get to past all of the gadgets on the dashboard instrument panel?
Finished afternoon with a cuppa on my peace patio, and had a surprise visit from my lovely son. Completed activity for day by cleaning bathroom.

Hello, it is a bit quiet in here.
Out for a few very short walks in sunshine and took some photographs of places I used to be a lot, and noted how the area changed over the years.

More stair climbing and stuff shifting later. House only slightly less crammed with stuff than it was, but it is progressing.

I've been swimming. I swam continuously for one hour. 100 lengths which is the equivalent of 50 in a standard pool. ​

Have managed a walk and been dancing around the sitting room while doing housework etc

not able to get online much for next week or so. have been out walking a bit in fresh air quiet countryside.

I've been active all
day.

Washing out and in.
Paper scraped off high bits.
Walked around shops looking for internal doors (not as easy as you think).
Moved furniture around in living room ( heavy).
Made dinner.
Tidied up the whole downstairs ( it's a mess enough without being untidy).
Never stopped all day and knackered .
Roll on Downton

I swam for 40 minutes today. I did equivalent to 30 standard lengths.

@Jamrox wow you sound busy. That is certainly energetic activity.

Hi mo53 that swim sounds like hard work too.

I walked a couple of miles after work and avoided buying the big bar of Cadbury chocolate that I really really wanted lol

Well done, everybody.
Back from a short holiday. Walked on miles of beaches, ran up and down a big sand dune and one day did a 20-mile cycle ride (disused railway line, so pretty flat).
Yesterday helped our local butcher cut his holly hedge and take the bags to the tip. We filled 8 of those yellow jumbo bags. So free fillet steak for us on Wednesday! Plus free eggs and bacon.

Hello everybody. This week is great as my OH has a five day pass for the gym and pool I use so we are going every day. I'm not a sporty person and I'm not keen on the gym so swimming is one way I can actually get some exercise .

Hello . 40 minutes swimming and equivalent of 30 standard lengths on both Thursday and Friday.

@DeejayR . Sorry for late reply. I really don't know. I can honestly say I have never noticed. I'll be swimming on Monday and will find out.
