i tried similar shirataki noodles bought from a japanese store. i bought the ones made like ramen noodles, and another made like rice noodles. Both smelled a bit fishy so needed a good rinse. I tried stir frying one with a sauce and one in a chicken broth. The one in the broth is definitley better for me as the broth provided most of the taste and the stir fried one turned out a bit clumpy. Didnt really enjoy the texture of either but at least they didnt budge my levels.
