Diabetic eyetest and small changes to eye

So I had my yearly diabetic eye test not long ago, and got the results and it says there is small changes to the eyes but you won't need treatment. It's just getting my worried, cause last year my hba1c was 9.2 and now it's 7.2. So I have been trying my best to get it down. And and have I got these eye changes cause of my hba1c was high and shouldn't I worry about it and will it go away

Yea they did say I had background retinopathy, and it was no concern and to have my next eyetest next year.
