If it was recalled why did you use it?
Did you come to any harm by using it?

I didn't know it was recalled until the pharmacist contacted me. I did have hypo all day and was very ill as the insulin fault was double or triple for example I was injecting 8 units in the morning and my breakfast was according to 8 units not for the 16 units. I was very pale and constantly had headache.
The pharmacist replaced the insulin with a new batch then a month later I received a letter from them saying that the replaced insulin batch was faulty too.
