Pain defiantly affects my levels as Di steriods and UK infections. Both of which I have got at the moment. I am lucky to be home with chest like it is, no work for me at the minute still got rotten chest infection

I am away on holiday. My BG tests seem a bit erratic. Yesterday after drinking quite a lot of beer the night before, along with airline food it was 4.2.
Today after eating hardly anything yesterday (only a bowl of pork and cabbage soup) and drinking just water, it was 5.7 this morning (after 20 minutes brisk walking on gym treadmill).
The heat might be affecting readings - I did leave it in fridge last night.
