Cocao Roasted Almonds

where do you see the low carb?
it says 4g carbs per 17.5g serving, is this low carb?
they even managed to put potato starch in it

First of all, that's not a very nice thing to say. Especially to someone who has 300 posts more than you.

Second of all, this is an American product which means that fiber content is included in the nutrition labels. In this case, that means 2g of the 4g of carbs are fiber. In comparison, normal almonds have just about the same level of carbohydrates.

Thanks for the replies it's not as low carb as I initially thought :-0 I'll stick to smoked or roast almonds.

BTW Potato starch (unheated) otherwise known a resistance starch does not break down into glucose. It is actually beneficial to blood sugar control. If I was diet controlled pre diabetic I'd be eating it every day as it improves insulin sensitivity. The same goes for green bananas.

I done several resistance starch experiments last year I'll have to find the posts.
