Type 2 Feeling sleepy all the time

Hi All, I am type 2 and have been on insulin since October last year. I can not see a full day out at work without feeling so sleepy come 1pm. I am falling asleep at my desk. Is this just me or is this something I can expect? Thank you

What are your blood scores like when you feel sleepy, and have they changed much since you've been on insulin?
