I reversed my Type 2
Treatment type
Diet only
If we define remission loosely as HbA1c of <6% (42mmol/mol) regarded as the normal range, I wonder
1) How many have been achieved that
2) Using what means
3) How long did it take
4) How long were they able to maintain it.

Are you going to do something useful with the data or just asking for fun/interest.
1. one
2. very low calorie diet
3. 3 months (earliest test period)
4. 2+ years and still am.

Thanks @Andrew Colvin :D Found the 7 year old low carb success story thread to be inspirational.

If it has not been done, might be useful for this forum to compile such data and help others see that:-
1) Remission of T2D is possible
2) Remission of T2D is sustainable
3) That are more than one way to achieve it.

For too long T2D treatment goals aim too low and that only prevents true healing when it is likely to be possible for many.
