Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I'm not sure where I should post it ...

Have a question about using the forum (mainly on the app) - is it possible to 'save' a comment (like I would on twitter mark as a favourite) and then see all the comments saved. There is SO much useful information here - I currently end up emailing it to myself, but wondered if there is an easier way?

Many thanks

This isn't a feature we have right now, but I can certainly look into it! In essence, you're suggesting a way to 'bookmark' useful individual posts right?

I've always copied and pasted into notepad anything I want to save - both from the web and from various forums. This may involve some formatting to get the lines to fit into the notepad window.

Name and save the file to a suitable location. You can add to it if you want to keep similar information in the same place.

HTH, Robbity

Not sure if it helps, but you can enable word wrap on Notepad and it'll stop the issue with lines going on for longer than the window :)

Thanks @Giverny - that's what I meant by formatting - as it's under format on the menu bar.

Thanks @Giverny the bookmark feature is totally what I meant. I often read great posts (ie which monitor to buy, great LCHF foods to eat) it would be useful to be able to access them for reference without emailing myself.

Thank you for considering it!

Well the good news is that I think we've found a way to do this. It might be a little while away yet in terms of development but just thought I'd let you know we're actively working on it :joyful:
