Prediabetes
Hi Guys;i'm new but been observing..what a useful site.I am pre diabetic/Type2.O have never been diagnosed.I retired 5 year years ago and whilst travelling i was introduced to an all natural US product to lower my cholesterol.Being sceptical i decoded to take my blood tests before and after.
I was surprised to learn my fasting blood sugars was 129(7.2 Aprox)Like a lot of people i was sleep walking into diabetes.
Three months after taking the product my cholesterol levels were normal but my blood glucose was now 98{5.2 approx)
Now back in the UK my HbA1c in November 5.9..March 5.4.Happily i am not on prescribed medication;my GO does not even know my fasting blood glucose was 129.Absolutely no side effects.Allin one solution and completely natural.Clinically proven too.
I'm a bit saddened as my former GP(retired) only advise over the years was just to watch the sweet stuff i ate. That was over 12 years ago.
Now it seems i have developed neuropathy type symptoms in both my feet and both hands. So far i have not resorted to prescribed medication but intend to see my GP to eliminate other possible causes of my symptoms.
I find the suggestions of others in reducing the foot pains useful. All comments welcomed.Great site

Hi there.

I think that you may have type 2 diabetes. The fasting reading you took, if duplicated on a second test, is diagnostic of type 2 diabetes. That might explain how you have developed early neuropathy. Fortunately you have taken action and your diabetes is controlled. Well done.

Thank you Doug.Yes i am aware if duplicated at 126 you are diabetic.I was very fortunate and by chance.Thats one of the reasons i came on this site because thousands are sleep walking into diabetes.I was a trained nurse by the way.so i should have a little more understanding than the general public...although i am told that many nurses are in the same boat.I just feel unless there is a massive drive somewhat like what happened to cholesterol awareness many years ago...this is reaping terrible havoc in people lives. For me it shouldn't boil down to luck.I will continue taking this product. His morning my blood glucose 5.4 after eating. For me GP's should be trained to offer alternatives that have the clinical studies.IN the US such products are being prescribed everyday...with great results..absolutely no side effects.Unfortunately as good as the NHS is it's the cost.Got to go as another gentleman has asked me for the clinical studies and happy to give him the information. Thanks again Doug ..really new to site and learning so much
