What books are out there?

Hi does anyone have a book they can recommend on the lchf diet ? My friend lent me Nerris & India but it's not great (& says not for diabetics although I get the feeling that could just because it's not the nhs advice for diabetes) B x
 
Have a look at www.dietdoctor.com and maybe you could have a read or Dr Jason Fung's "The Obesity Code". Diet doctor has a huge amount of info and features quite a lot of info on fasting which Dr Fung recommends. Or of course read around on here ... the Forums listing has loads of info on what to eat.. etc.

I like the GI & GL Counter by Wynnie Chan. Helps you sort the High carbs from the Low and slow releasing ones from those that release sugars quickly..
GI is Glycaemic Index and GL Glycaemic Load
