As a little boy (9 years old perhaps?) I remember a traumatic visit to hospital to carry out a diabetes test. I had to drink some liquid that was sickly sweet some three times, with blood drawn several times at various intervals. Then I got the good news that I was not diabetic. But I image there must have been something off because why else would my GP have referred me to the local hospital to carry out that test? Anyways, 75gr of Lucozade sounds like a reasonable amount. let´s see if I can find a detailed ´howto´
