Paper is pump therapy best for all T1s?

Not really. That's the author's point of view. Various statements in the paper say that CSII is not better than MDI, and more importantly, excellent control is a result of "a multitude of patient characteristics and diabetes management practices"

The REPOSE study, which was an RCT between MDI and Pumps came up with a rather different conclusion, namely that there was little difference between pumps and MDI: http://www.clinicalendocrinologynew...ections/bcc1a5dc8b9139d0c951d6bd2b929834.html

Ultimately, it's not the technology that currently generates better results, it's the person using it.
