Best chocolate banana cake ever. I concocted this one today.It is so moist, so delicious...you can not imagine...like a cake from best bakeries.
I have now learned to write what I put in the recipe while making it.
1T coconut flour (blended/grinded desiccated coconut)
2T cocoa powder
1/2 banana ripe
1egg
2 T peanut butter
2T coconut milk or sower cream/fresh cream/or butter milk.

1t canderel powder (sweetener)
1t BP (if yours is fresh maybe 3/4
1t vanila
bake 3 min in microwave in ramekin on full power.
I just put everything in the small blender cup.
Optional add walnuts or any other nuts crushed.

I was thinking of it more for my husband who I know would love it . I don't eat cakes or any sweetened stuff since I have had T2 not difficult for me as I never had much of a sweet tooth anyway so I don't miss it
 
I was not much of a cake person also, but trust me you will eat this one...and like it also. He he he
And make it again and again...Just make sure you use proper measuring spoons and scoop and level. he amounts are so small that it gets affected if not exact.
The problem is that you can not eat just half....you can not stop...and i had two yesterday..better than many cakes from the shop..but as main meals, so carbs were oK. I am on 30g carbs per meal and 15 for snack.
Will try to perfect soon the recipe without banana so it is much less carbs.
