I've recently left uni having finished my degree (for good!!) but I'm suddenly finding it a lot harder to control my blood sugars. After 4 years of living away from home I can't decide whether it's partly the stress of being home or that my routine has changed more than I've realised (i.e. less activity when I'm home). I'm finding it frustrating as last night I even made sure I went for a 25 minute walk after dinner in an attempt to get my levels down and it was still 9.3 before bed, despite accurate carb counting.
I'm really worried because I'm now going to be living at home for a year before moving out again to save up some money, and I don't want to be like this for a whole 12 months when I was doing really well beforehand! I'm due to see my consultant tomorrow and I'm so disappointed that he's not going to be able to see how much better I was doing before this.
Has anyone else had this sort of problem??
